Businesses have been facing a lot of challenges and difficulties since last year COVID-19 and now with the additional political crisis. As the economic landscape has been impacted and rapidly changed by the ongoing crisis, now it is time for the businesses to revise their business plans, to make quick short term recovery plans and to set long term strategies for the new normal situation.

Thus, in collaboration with Friedrich Naumann Foundation Myanmar, Impact Hub Yangon would like to host a virtual Business Recovery Capacity Building Program for micro and small businesses to be able to diagnose, to revise business and financial plan, to implement add-on strategies such as digitalization, and finally to create a recovery plan for the upcoming quarters as well as for the years to come.

This program will help you to identify a new revenue stream such as new market/customer segments, an update on financial models such as removing unnecessary expenses, re-projecting the financial projection, to draw new strategies for business continuity and recovery as well as to connect with the new networks and communities and so on. Moreover, businesses can also access the virtual individual business coaching and mentoring sessions to be consulted on the change of their own businesses.
