MCHS is a locally formed non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization whose aim is to serve the people of Myanmar to improve their physical, mental, and social well-being. A group of founding members believes that improving the influential determinants of healthy communities requires equal leadership and meaningful involvement of different professionals.

Po Po is a passionate, creative and friendly colleague who is currently working as the Community & Event Coordinator at Impact Hub Yangon. As an Community & Event Coordinator, she is supporting mainly in the day to day communication and convenient implementation of monthly entrepreneurship related community events of Impact Hub Yangon. Po Po graduated with a Bachelor of International Relations (Hons) from University of Yangon. Before joining Impact Hub Yangon, Po Po has experiences working at International Organizations like ActionAid Myanmar as well as Global Platform Myanmar in assisting campaigns, facilitating workshops and implementation of youth talk show series that contributed to the community development. Moreover, she also has previous experiences of joining international workshops and conferences in Cambodia and Kenya respectively. In her free time, she likes to go travelling as well as documenting and photographing the different traditions and cultures of different people. As she is passionate for community development, she enjoys working with Impact Hub Yangon team together in implementing activities that create social and economic impacts.
Aung Khine Pyae is Space Coordinator and Project Assistant at Impact Hub Yangon. He is supporting as the daily project assistant and helps the members to work comfortably in the working space. He always holds the mindset of honesty, integrity, and hard work is important in the business and always believes that communication and experience are the precious keys to open the first door to the Business Network and to become the independent young entrepreneur. His vision about Impact Hub Yangon is to become a helpful employee for the working environment and aim to be an employee who can be productive on a daily basis for the long-term development of the Impact Hub Yangon.
Kyaw is a passionate entrepreneur and innovator who’s currently working at Impact Hub Yangon as Director of community and business development. Before he co-founded Impact Hub in Yangon, Kyaw has been working in Singapore, at a leading telecom called SingTel as a team leader in the operation management team. His passion to improve the country’s startup ecosystem and developing entrepreneurship in Myanmar encouraged him to return back to Myanmar. Kyaw has been working closely with organizations such as UNDP, GIZ, WWF for entrepreneurship support programs and also working with Grab, Ooredoo for shaping the ecosystem through community events, forums and workshops.
Su Hnin is working as the Space Admin, Event & Project Assistant at Impact Hub Yangon. She is currently assisting in promoting entrepreneurship which are most related to MSMEs, servicing for the members who are the clients of Impact Hub Yangon. She has been working with Impact Hub Yangon Team for a year and a half now. Su Hnin is very interested in communicating with people and working on projects and programs as well as marketing also. Before joining Impact Hub Yangon team, she has worked as a purchasing assistant at Golden Brown Coffee Co., ltd. She always treats everyone with respect and good manners and her vision for Impact Hub Yangon is to do the best to provide the satisfaction and convenience of our members and clients.
Myat Su Mon is an active and hardworking admin & finance officer of Impact Hub Yangon. She is supporting the company’s financial affairs, government tax matters and servicing the space facilities as well as providing their financial requirements for members to be more convenient in the working process of Impact Hub Yangon. She always treats members and colleagues with respect and always tries to give the best services and helps if needed. Her vision for Impact Hub Yangon is not only to become a dutiful staff to build a strong and growth of company financing & operating system but also to become a helpful colleague to create a warm and comfortable working environment.
Thazin, a project officer of Impact Hub Yangon, is currently assisting in community and entrepreneurship projects which are mostly related to MSMEs, young entrepreneurs development, etc. Thazin has also managed the international day campaigns and online webinar series hosted by UNDP, Unicef, Ooredoo, GIZ, etc. Besides, She also has experience in facilitating workshops. Before joining Impact Hub Yangon team, she has worked in the event management & marketing field for about 1 and a half years. She has experience in working for the event and marketing activities of Gold AYA, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Bawdar, AVIS, CB Bank, Thai Embassy, UMFCCI etc. She is a B.A.(English) graduate of Yangon University of Foregin Languages. She has also finished the Diploma in Business Management course of STI Myanmar University. She has also volunteered in youth organizations throughout her university life. Being an outgoing, ambitious and community development enthusiast, she is always happy to work together with strong and dynamic team members of Impact Hub Yangon.
